- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum system architecture experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/Physical Review X)

- Demonstrated experience with superconducting and photonic qubit systems
