Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum circuits for optimization and simulation problems
- Design quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for financial systems
- Lead development of quantum machine learning frameworks
- Establish fault-tolerance protocols for quantum error correction
- Collaborate with AI teams to create quantum-ML hybrid models
- Document quantum system specifications and performance metrics
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
