Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems in finance and logistics
- Lead quantum hardware-software integration projects with 10+ member engineering teams
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at IEEE/ACM quantum conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum error correction techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Demonstrated expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Strong background in superconducting qubit technologies or ion trap systems
- Experience leading technical projects with cross-disciplinary teams
