Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Research and mitigate quantum security vulnerabilities in existing infrastructure
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Create technical documentation and patents for novel quantum methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 3+ years of quantum computing architecture or algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum computing or peer-reviewed conference presentations
