Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic algorithms for next-gen security
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Collaborate with academic partners to publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science
- Translate quantum computational advantages into industry-specific solutions
- Drive adoption of quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) across departments
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or commercial quantum application development
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks and cloud quantum platforms
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Strong background in cryptography or high-performance computing
- Experience leading technical teams and managing R&D roadmaps
