Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms and error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks optimized for 2026-era workloads
- Lead quantum security implementations for next-gen cryptographic infrastructure
- Develop quantum machine learning pipelines for enterprise-scale data analysis
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor connectivity and coherence
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable technical specifications for engineering teams
- Establish quantum computing performance benchmarks and validation frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE, QAOA)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance techniques
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing architectures
