Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Develop quantum error correction codes and optimization algorithms
- Lead quantum-software-hardware integration projects with cross-functional teams
- Research and implement novel quantum gate operations and qubit technologies
- Create quantum computing roadmaps aligned with industry 4.0 requirements
- Collaborate with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research
- Drive adoption of quantum solutions in finance, logistics, and pharmaceuticals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience considered)
- 3+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and information theory
- Experience with superconducting qubits or trapped-ion quantum systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Expertise in high-performance computing architectures and parallel processing
