Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms targeting optimization and simulation problems
- Lead quantum system integration with classical HPC infrastructure
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen communication networks
- Mentor quantum research teams and publish breakthrough findings
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on quantum supremacy initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum error correction codes
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing breakthroughs
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor design and calibration
- Certification in quantum cryptography (e.g., QKD protocols)
