Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for real-world problem solving
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for industry-specific use cases (drug discovery, materials science, financial modeling)
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum principles and implementation strategies
- Drive research partnerships with academic institutions and government quantum initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Published research in quantum computing or equivalent practical implementation portfolio
- Mastery of quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, ion trap, photonic systems)
