Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise deployment
- Lead quantum error mitigation protocols and quantum resource optimization strategies
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with 100+ qubit capabilities
- Develop quantum software development kits (SDKs) for developer adoption
- Drive quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography transitions
- Pioneer quantum simulation techniques for drug discovery and materials science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum software development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proven experience with quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in quantum information theory and quantum mechanics
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing conferences/journals
- Experience mentoring quantum research teams and driving technical strategy
