Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems in finance, logistics, and pharmaceuticals
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum circuits with 100+ qubit coherence
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for industrial-scale deployment
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum machine learning applications
- Secure patents for novel quantum architectures and methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of building quantum annealing systems or superconducting processors
- Familiarity with quantum security protocols (QKD, lattice-based cryptography)
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
