Responsibilities
- Design and develop quantum algorithms for real-world applications in finance, logistics, and drug discovery
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with error correction protocols
- Lead R&D initiatives to overcome quantum decoherence and qubit stability challenges
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum-machine learning frameworks
- Present breakthrough findings at global quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and foster innovation culture

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or high-performance computing
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
