Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing infrastructure using superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise-level optimization problems
- Lead quantum-resistant cryptography implementations for next-gen security protocols
- Develop error mitigation frameworks achieving fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Partner with quantum software teams to optimize compiler architectures and runtime environments
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and government research agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum circuit design using Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent frameworks
- Proven track record delivering fault-tolerant quantum systems with >100 qubit coherence
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Certification in quantum machine learning from IBM Quantum or Google Quantum AI
- Experience securing government/military quantum computing contracts
