Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications in cryptography, AI, and materials science
- Lead architecture development for fault-tolerant quantum processors and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and error correction protocols
- Develop quantum software frameworks compatible with emerging quantum hardware platforms
- Mentor junior engineers and publish research in leading quantum computing journals
- Drive strategic roadmap for quantum computing initiatives aligned with 2026 industry standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years quantum computing experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
