Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms and error correction protocols for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Research and implement novel quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, photonic, ion-trap)
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate quantum acceleration into machine learning pipelines
- Develop security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Engineering (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or industrial quantum system development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Publication record in top quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware and control systems
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST Post-Quantum Cryptography)
