Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for commercial applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead quantum error mitigation protocols at scale
- Partner with hardware teams to improve qubit coherence times
- Create quantum security frameworks for enterprise clients
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives
- Publish research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or algorithm design
- Expertise in superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Certification in quantum cloud platforms (AWS Braket, IBM Quantum)
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ engineers
- Demonstrated ability to translate quantum concepts to business value
