As a key member of our Quantum Research Division, you'll lead cross-functional teams to develop scalable quantum algorithms, optimize quantum error correction protocols, and architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks. Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for fault-tolerant computation
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography and simulation use cases
- Implement quantum error correction protocols at scale
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications
- Research and evaluate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonics)
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum architecture
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Track record of delivering quantum computing prototypes to production
