Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with 1000+ qubit capabilities by 2026
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols

- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen data protection
- Drive quantum algorithm development for optimization and simulation
- Partner with industry leaders to define quantum computing roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or advanced R&D
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and error correction techniques
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
