Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment

- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Create performance benchmarks and optimization frameworks for quantum processors
- Partner with academic institutions to pioneer quantum error correction techniques

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Deep expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
