Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction architectures for 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Lead quantum hardware-software co-design for 2026 deployment targets
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography
- Present breakthrough architectures to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor quantum engineers and publish research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years designing quantum circuits or quantum error correction protocols
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Proficiency with quantum simulation tools (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubits
- Strong track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical implementations
