Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world problem-solving
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum algorithms across finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Contribute to open-source quantum computing standards and publish research in Nature/Science
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science with quantum specialization
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware integration
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and circuit optimization
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences (QIP, AQIS)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation and error correction codes
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Microsoft Azure)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
