Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum processor architectures for scalable, fault-tolerant systems
- Develop quantum algorithms targeting commercial applications in 2026-2027
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum-classical interfaces
- Establish performance benchmarks and error mitigation protocols
- Drive quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Publish research in top-tier journals and conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum systems or advanced classical architectures
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor, Grover, VQE) and error correction
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
