Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Conduct advanced research in quantum error correction and coherence optimization
- Drive technical strategy for quantum cloud infrastructure deployment
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our Quantum Excellence Program
- Collaborate with academia and industry partners on quantum standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Cirq)
- Proven track record publishing in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction techniques
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Certification in quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
