Responsibilities

- Develop quantum error correction protocols for industrial-scale systems
- Partner with NASA and DARPA on next-gen quantum communication protocols
- Create quantum software development kits (SDKs) for enterprise adoption

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, PRL)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and circuit optimization
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 1000 qubits
- Familiarity with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Deep understanding of quantum-computing security implications and NISQ limitations
