Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks leveraging superposition and entanglement principles
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits with >99.9% fidelity for enterprise deployment
- Collaborate with MIT/Caltech researchers on next-gen qubit stabilization techniques
- Develop quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols for financial and healthcare sectors
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and federal agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly language (QASM)
- Proven track record of commercializing quantum technologies
- Deep understanding of Shor's/Grover's algorithm implementations
- Top-secret clearance or ability to obtain DOE security clearance
- Patents in quantum communication or distributed quantum computing
