Responsibilities
- Design quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for 2026's threat landscape
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization and simulation problems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Develop quantum error correction frameworks for fault-tolerant systems
- Present breakthrough research at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature Quantum
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in our accelerator program
- Secure $5M+ in quantum computing grants annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Published research in quantum cryptography or complexity theory
- Expertise in Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Experience with quantum annealing optimization problems
