Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize quantum algorithms for real-world applications

- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with superconducting or photonic qubit systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Understanding of NISQ-era limitations and mitigation strategies
