Responsibilities
- Design and deploy fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures supporting 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead optimization of quantum error correction protocols for industrial-scale deployments
- Collaborate with hardware teams to align quantum software with next-gen processor capabilities
- Establish quantum security protocols for encrypted data processing at scale
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation best practices
- Drive innovation roadmap for quantum advantage applications in finance, logistics, and materials science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
