Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum conferences
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience leading R&D teams with 10+ direct reports
- Familiarity with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Q, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Demonstrated ability to secure government and private sector funding
