Responsibilities

- Collaborate with industry partners to translate quantum research into commercial solutions
- Secure $5M+ in research grants and publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals
- Drive quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives
- Mentor junior researchers and establish quantum computing best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing research
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience leading technical teams in R&D environments
- Proficiency in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Knowledge of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ions)
