Responsibilities

- Secure $2M+ in research grants and strategic partnerships
- Present findings at international conferences (Q2C, IEEE Quantum Week)
- Publish 3+ high-impact research papers annually
- Mentor junior researchers and interns in quantum methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years of industry research experience with quantum systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications
- Experience with superconducting and photonic quantum processors
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
