Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit architectures
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at global conferences

- Secure $5M+ in research grants and strategic partnerships with quantum hardware pioneers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum circuit design
- Proficiency with quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and high-performance computing
- Published record in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing publications
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware constraints (superconducting, photonic, ion-trap)
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF, DOE, DARPA)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex multi-variable quantum systems
