Responsibilities

- Develop error-correction protocols to overcome current quantum decoherence challenges
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit implementations
- Publish research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Secure $5M+ in DARPA/NASA quantum research grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly programming
- Proven track record in securing federal quantum research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum annealing and variational algorithms
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
