Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental research in quantum error correction and coherence enhancement
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype next-generation quantum processors
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Secure external funding through NSF and DARPA grant applications
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms and circuit optimization
