Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-resistant protocol development
- Validate quantum simulations using IBM Qiskit and Microsoft Q# frameworks
- Author peer-reviewed publications for Nature Quantum Computing
- Secure $2M+ in NSF grants for quantum security initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum error correction techniques
- Collaborate with DoD partners on post-quantum cryptography standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and circuit optimization
- Published research in quantum cryptography or quantum machine learning
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Clearance for DoD quantum security projects (or ability to obtain)
