Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications.
- Lead experimental research on quantum hardware including superconducting qubits and photonic systems.
- Develop error-correction techniques to enhance quantum computational stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into classical computing frameworks.
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at international conferences.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the growth of quantum computing education initiatives.
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 3+ years of quantum computing research experience.
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design.
- Strong foundation in quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and information theory.
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact research in quantum computing.
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ).
