Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for commercial applications
- Lead experimental quantum computing projects with 100+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford research teams on error mitigation protocols
- Develop patent-pending quantum security frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum mechanics and machine learning
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE and ACM conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong Python/C++ skills for quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures
