Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems

- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science
- Develop error correction protocols for quantum processors
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants
- Mentor PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers
- Translate theoretical models into industry applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Qiskit/Cirq programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum information theory
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures
- Demonstrated ability to secure NSF/NIH grants
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
