Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Secure federal and private funding through grant proposals and industry partnerships

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years quantum research
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published work in quantum algorithm development or error correction
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum computing platforms
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Proven ability to secure research funding ($500k+ preferred)
