Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithm experiments using superconducting qubit systems
- Develop error correction protocols to enhance quantum computational stability
- Lead cross-functional projects with AI/ML teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Publish peer-reviewed research in leading scientific journals and industry conferences
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuit performance

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years quantum research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and information theory
