Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms to solve computational problems intractable for classical systems
- Develop error-corrected quantum circuits for fault-tolerant computing by 2026
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance and coherence times
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and quantum neural networks
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Secure and manage research funding from government agencies and private investors

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of quantum computing research experience
