Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum annealing or gate-model systems
- Expertise in Python/C++ with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in quantum information science or quantum algorithms
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Proven ability to translate theoretical models into experimental implementations
- Clearance for classified quantum research projects (or willingness to obtain)
