Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications in drug discovery and climate modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing error-corrected quantum systems with 100+ qubit stability
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at international conferences
- Collaborate with industry partners to commercialize quantum solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum education initiatives
- Secure research grants and partnerships with government agencies and Fortune 500 companies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of quantum research experience

- Expertise in quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant architectures
