Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop error-correction protocols to enhance quantum processor stability and fidelity

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Strong background in quantum error correction, fault tolerance, and quantum information theory
- Proven track record of publications in top-tier quantum computing or physics journals
- Experience with quantum simulation tools (QASM, QuTiP) and high-performance computing environments
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical engineering solutions
