Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead experimental validation of quantum circuits on superconducting and photonic platforms
- Develop error correction protocols for scalable quantum processors
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid computing solutions
- Publish research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published work in quantum error correction or algorithm design
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics and complexity theory
