Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for fault-tolerant computing architectures

- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Author peer-reviewed publications in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Secure $5M+ in government and private research grants
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers and PhD candidates in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with superconducting qubit systems or ion trap processors
- Published research in Nature/Science/Physical Review X journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Strong background in error correction codes and topological quantum computing
- Track record of securing government research funding (NSF/DOE)
