Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop novel error-correction techniques to enhance quantum coherence beyond 1000-qubit thresholds
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at global quantum summits
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security standards for 2026 infrastructure
- Mentor PhD researchers and drive innovation through our Quantum Incubation Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing publications
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and circuit optimization
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments and parallel processing frameworks
- Demonstrated experience with quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
