Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error correction protocols for quantum systems with >1000 qubits
- Lead experimental validation of quantum hardware prototypes

- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate quantum solutions into classical systems
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to strategic roadmap planning
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of postdoctoral experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development and quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
