Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for cryptography and machine learning applications
- Optimize qubit coherence times through error correction protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware interfaces
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Collaborate with AI division to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum physics fundamentals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum computing or condensed matter physics
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware systems
- Ability to secure DoD/NASA-level research clearances
