Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning
- Lead experimental research on 50+ qubit quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to mitigate quantum decoherence challenges

- Publish high-impact research in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $1M+ in research grants through NSF and DoD programs
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong Python/C++ development skills with optimization experience
